Terms & Conditions – Mr Tiz Entertainment

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Bookings & Payments
    • A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event.
    • The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event.
    • Payment can be made via bank transfer (details provided on request).
  2. Cancellations
    • Booking fees are non-refundable.
    • If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, the full balance may still be payable.
    • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be refunded in full.
  3. Event Requirements
    • The client must provide a safe and suitable performance space.
    • The client is responsible for supervising children at all times.
    • Adequate parking and access must be arranged for the performer’s arrival and equipment.
  4. Liability
    • Mr Tiz Entertainment holds full Public Liability Insurance.
    • We are not liable for accidental damage or injury caused by misuse of props or equipment.
  5. Use of Media
    • We may occasionally take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Consent will always be requested in advance.
  6. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
