Terms & Conditions – Mr Tiz Entertainment

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Bookings & Payments
- A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event.
- The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer (details provided on request).
- Cancellations
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event, the full balance may still be
payable.
- If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be
refunded in full.
- Event Requirements
- The client must provide a safe and suitable performance space.
- The client is responsible for supervising children at all times.
- Adequate parking and access must be arranged for the performer’s arrival and
equipment.
- Liability
- Mr Tiz Entertainment holds full Public Liability Insurance.
- We are not liable for accidental damage or injury caused by misuse of props or
equipment.
- Use of Media
- We may occasionally take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Consent will always
be requested in advance.
- Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
